DrayTek win Specialist Vendor at CRN Awards 2023

London, UK, November 16 2023 – Last Thursday evening, DrayTek attended the highly regarded CRN Awards where their win was announced for Specialist vendor of the Year! DrayTek were proud to attend this prestigious award ceremony on CRN’s 30th anniversary and to have been further honoured to attain an award.
Widely recognised, the CRN Awards are highly esteemed. Judges carry out a meticulous and attentive judging process for hundreds of entries, in which DrayTek were among but a handful recognised in two categories and have notably ascended in one.

DrayTek have had many exciting achievements in 2023 which helped to secure their CRN win for Specialist Vendor of the Year.
From the start of the year, in February, DrayTek implemented partner feedback and underwent a dealer portal refresh to improve user experience. This meant new opportunities to further support partners in promoting DrayTek products, like introducing “Marketing in a box”. Now offering a complete range of digital marketing resources that are customisable and co-branded, easy to use on a variety of platforms, from emails to social media posts. To DrayTek’s newly launched Beta testing programme that enables registered partners to have the advantage of exploring innovative features, and to offer valuable feedback that encourages informed improvements.
Other rewarding accomplishments, from July 2022 to June 2023, include conducting 18 webinars with 4,189 attendees. Also continuing to encourage the completion of the DrayTek Certified Network Administrator certificate, which saw a robust 447 trainees succeed. Of which brings them a step closer to becoming a partner and exercising the benefits that come with such an achievement.
Overall DrayTek are proud to have received such prestigious accolade for their networking solutions, at the end of an exciting and dynamic year. Equally they look forward to more new projects and progressions, to help provide the best value to customers in the upcoming year.
