How do I view SIP Debug logs on the VigorPhone?
The SIP debug logs, showing all SIP messages sent and received by the VigorPhone, can be viewed by enabling debug mode on the VigorPhone and connecting to the VigorPhone using the DrayTek UDP Client.
Debug mode should be enabled on the VigorPhone and the DrayTek UDP Client should be downloaded and installed on the PC.
The DrayTek UDP Client can be downloaded from the IPPBX section of the downloads page.
Enable debug mode from the HTTP Web Interface in [Phone Settings] > [Other Settings]
Run the DrayTek UDP Client and enter the IP Address of the VigorPhone. If required, the SIP debug logs can be output to a text file
