Hi,

I bought this router about a week ago to replace my ISP's router and have not been able to establish an internet connection yet.
I've only been trying to setup the WAN port.
My ISP requires PPPoE, and using my credentials for the connection for my ISP.
I've updated to to V5.3.2.
Reset back to factory settings.
Setup up the WAN as below:
Wired WAN Enabled,
General Setup
Bind to Physical Interface, Ethernet WAN
     Setup Mode, Manual
     IP Version, IPV4
Both VLAN off
IPv4
     IPv4 Connection Type, PPPoE
     Username
     Password
WAN Connection Detection
     PPP Detect
MTU 1492

With these setting it refuse to connect. The username and password are correct as I checked the with another router.

I've noticed that in the manual, https://www.draytek.co.uk/support/downloads/vigor-2136ax?task=download.send&id=4043:ug-v2136-v11&catid=1440 it states the WAN Connection Detection shows options that are not in the available in the router.

Are there other settings I'm missing?

Also on the dash board I see 2 red dots at the side of the Firmeare version and also on the ACS Server, What do these red dots mean?

As I posted in your other thread, you make no mention of which modem you are using. The 2136 can't connect to the internet on its own....
