ExpiredI think my router has a fault. How do return the unit for repair?
It is relatively very rare for a Vigor Router to actually need to be returned for repair.
Firstly, if it is an ADSL router, please see our ADSL Troubleshooting Flowchart which will help you diagnose the specific problem you are experiencing.
If you still have problems, raise a support query and our engineers will assist.
