DrayTek's range of business class wireless access points with advanced management capabilities, Power-over-Ethernet and VLANs, to separate SSIDs to provide both internal and guest wireless with the same access point.
DrayTek VigorAPs can be managed individually or in groups, both directly and through the DrayTek management platforms, such as VigorACS or VigorConnect, or with the Router-based Central AP Management with a supporting router, such as the Vigor 2865; connect up to 20 VigorAPs to the router for status information, provisioning (including auto-provisioning) and firmware management.
VigorAP wireless access points can installed indoors, with both wall and ceiling mounted models, or install outdoors with the IP-67 rated, weather-proofed VigorAP 918RPD.

DrayTek VigorAP access points a plethora of ways in which to manage & monitor single access points, groups of VigorAP access points on a single site, or across multiple buildings:
Centrally manage and provision VigorAPs across a single building or multiple sites with DrayTek VigorACS. View the status and usage of the wireless on a single AP, all access points in a building or across multiple sites, make configuration changes and manage firmware remotely and schedule changes through the VigorACS central management platform.
Manage your DrayTek Access Points on-site by the VigorConnect management platform. This stand alone application installed on your local Windows computer will enhance control, management, and maintenance of your LAN wireless APs.
Use the Router-based Central AP Management to manage all VigorAP access points connected to that router's network, or across a VPN. Manage firmware, view traffic graphs and provision access points all through the router's web interface. DrayTek Vigor routers with the Central AP Management feature can even manage VigorAPs connected to DrayTek Vigor routers without the Central AP Management feature, across a securely encrypted VPN link.
Manage a single VigorAP access points with the 'DrayTek Wireless' app for phones and tablets, to quickly and easily set up a single AP or all access points on a site in a Mesh configuration.
The DrayTek VigorAP access points can be managed by the DrayTek VigorACS central management system - a cloud platform which can manage most DrayTek products - routers, wireless access points and Ethernet switches, giving you complete visibility and control of your DrayTek product estate, even without a DrayTek Vigor router on site.
The DrayTek VigorACS management system can be used to configure and provision DrayTek VigorAP access points, similarly to performing these actions through the VigorAP's web interface, with a familiar menu layout in the Configuration section of VigorACS.
Profiles for groups of access points can be provisioned in VigorACS by selecting a VigorACS network, then accessing Configuration > AP Profile to configure profiles and apply them selectively.
DrayTek's VigorACS management monitors the VigorAP with a Dashboard view, giving a central overview of the most important information from the VigorAP's current status.

DrayTek Access Points can be managed on-site by the VigorConnect local management service which is a stand alone software package you can install on a local Windows machine.
VigorConnect enables you to centrally control, manage and administer multiple AP devices installed around your building/campus. It simplifies the initial setup through device discovery to add all your VigorAPs into the system and then allow you to provision them quickly by deploying your wireless profile to the devices.
VigorConnect makes it easier to complete maintenance tasks such as firmware upgrades and configuration backups and scheduled gives control over when they occur. Monitoring, logs, alarms, and floor plan all help to make it easier to manage your network.

A DrayTek VigorAP wireless access point can operate in standalone autonomous mode, but can also form part of a centrally managed wireless installation by adding a compatible DrayTek wireless controller such as the Vigor 2862 router. This enables you to centrally control, manage and administer multiple AP devices installed around your building/campus. Management also enables efficient usage of your wireless access point through load-balancing, whereby wireless clients are distributed across several access points to reduce congestion.
The DrayTek router operating as the wireless controller can provision DrayTek VigorAP access points using the Central AP Management profiles configured on the router, with an option to Auto Provision - auto configuring newly installed VigorAP access points with the Auto Provisioning profile, upon initial connection to the DrayTek Vigor router's network.

Set up & Manage the VigorAP 903 and VigorAP 920 access points with the 'DrayTek Wireless' app.
Download it for free in the Apple App Store and Google Play stores.
Once installed on your Smartphone or Tablet, use the Quick Start Wizard to adopt and set up your wireless network.
To do that, simply scan the VigorAP’s QR code to set it up, or input the VigorAPs default SSID & password, then configure your wireless network with step-by-step guidance.
With a Mesh wireless network, view the Mesh Wireless status and connected wireless clients from the app. Change the wireless password and other settings through the app, which automatically propagates the change to all VigorAPs in the Mesh group.
