Draytek certification courses are designed to provide delegates with comprehensive training covering all of the major technologies, and those features that are not often used to their full capability, to ensure that you can harness the full power and effectiveness of DrayTek products.
Each course is broken down into specific topics that consist of a theory presentation, followed by a guided practical exercise and finishes with a practical exam where delegates can use their newly acquired knowledge to configure a network according to a brief. Upon successful completion of the exam individuals will be certified as "DrayTek Certified Network Administrator". .
Course sizes are restricted to around 30 delegates, each with their own set of dedicated DrayTek equipment throughout. Individuals attending the online course should ensure you have a quiet area and can limit distractions. Short breaks are given between modules and a longer break for lunch.
The course is suitable for individuals with a good understanding of the basics of networking and some experience in installing DrayTek products and will be presented and supported by experienced DrayTek technicians.

Cancellations will be permitted up to 7 days before the course date without charge as long as we can fill your place with another delegate from the waiting list.
This course is for full time technical staff of DrayTek authorised Dealers only. The use of recording devices or photography is not permitted during the courses. Participants who successfully complete a training course and online exam will receive the DrayTek Certified Network Admin certificate valid for three years. In the unlikely event of the organisers cancelling a training event, a full refund or alternate dates will be given.
