Having moved from a Asus Router to a Draytek Vigor 2860 last month, I could never get the hang of my Draytek Vigor's Firewall and so up untill now have had the "Call Filter" and "Data Filter" disabled.

Well recent events has led me to need to block some random public IP's what keep trying to access my network printer on Port 9100 and my NAS on ports 80/443. Aside from the fact of having port 9100 open to my printer probably is not the smartest idea, I still needed to entirely block some public IP's.

Thought it would be easy; add the blacklisted IP's to the IP Object list, add all the IP's in the IP Object list to the IP Group, and then block the IP Group in the Firewalls Call Filter and Data Filter. However, when ever the "Data Filter" is turned on in the firewall, most websites don't load properly or not even at all.
