Configure Firewall for Inter LAN routing of Printer was created by rolleroo2
Hi There,
I would like to set up the LAN firewall on my Vigor 2830V2 for inter LAN routing of a network attached printer.
The printer is on a separate VLAN to the rest of the computers. I want to give the printer just enough access to the other VLAN to allow it to function but restrict all other ports/access.
Looks like I should be able to do this with Firewall rules and inter LAN routing enabled on the LAN setup page.
I have no idea how to go about it though. I think I can see how the firewall rules can be set up but I don't have much of a clue about what actual rules and how exactly to implement them.
Any help would be appreciated.
