Hi everyone,
I’ve been running into a recurring issue with a DrayTek Vigor 2927 router. The VPN tunnel drops intermittently during the day, especially when there's high traffic or concurrent remote sessions. I’ve already checked the firmware (currently on the latest version) and basic settings like MTU size, NAT, and firewall rules, but no luck stabilizing the connection. Is anyone else facing similar problems, or has found a reliable configuration that maintains a consistent VPN connection? I’m particularly interested in settings around IPsec and IKEv2 if that helps narrow it down. For context, I’m managing a small team remotely and stable VPN access is crucial. I'm also currently working towards my JIRA Certification , so managing network issues on top of project coordination is getting a bit overwhelming.Any advice or troubleshooting steps from more experienced users here would be hugely appreciated! Thanks in advance,
Alex

Check the syslog on the router. There might be a suggestion on what is dropping the VPN sessions.
Start the syslog collector on the PC and then point router to push all the syslogs to the PC IP.
From there you will have a full picture of what is happening and when/why.
