Why do so many config changes need full reboots?

It would be good to be able to turn off and on features like SSL VPN without a reboot.  
Surely the s/w component providing the service could be restarted rather than a full reboot for many config changes.

Having been using Draytek for many years and recently been using the 2136 and AP805's I can tell you that it's much improved with the DrayOS 5 operating system.

Not that that's going to help you much if you've just bought a DrayOS 4 product!

Shame I'm not planing to upgrade my 2865 router or APs any time soon!
