Random Disconnect of Communication Between APs and Router was created by Keir Boyle
Hello, I apologize if this has been discussed elsewhere but I could not find a forum post no matter what keywords I used.
I have a network set up with Draytek Vigor2952 Router, a Draytek P2540x Switch for data throughput and >10 Draytek AP912C Access Points for clients to connect to. This has been working fine for a few years now, however recently I noticed that upon attempting to remote reboot an Access Point after connectivity issues occurred with a client, it would not reboot. After checking the APM Event Logs, all of them had failed to send their GET requests, but after a retry it successfully receives the GET request. In the logs of the Access Points themselves, they are stating that the GET request was fulfilled successfully.
All devices have the most up to date firmware, they are all rebooted 3 times per week on schedule and due to the randomness of these failures it's difficult to pin this issue down. Has anyone else experienced this?
He'res an example pasted below with the AP names obfuscated. Thanks in advance.

Is *every* instance of "AP Name" different?
The last message "Get AP Syslog failed" - is that the only instance of that message or does it happen on app AP's?
I assume that the discovery is a broadcast so is the broadcast address correct?
How often does this happen - once a minute? Once an hour? Once a day? I ask this to see how easy it'll be to reproduce the issue, or identify if a fix/change has been successful.
FWIW, I'd be inclined to contact the support team. My experience is that *most* of the support people are ok, let down by management, but most of the people I've spoken to have been knowledgable and keen to help.
