Users can access internet without logging in was created by ahmad
i have vigor 2915 and using local user profile
some users reported that they can use internet without the need to log in as the log in page does not pop up and they can use internet
other users are reporting that thier Quota is finished and they did not use it.
can you guide me to solve that problem ?

For the users who are not challenged, could it be a cookie / caching issue? Can you turn the browser debug on and I think it'll say (possibly not *very* explicitly) that it's using a cache/cookie. Or possibly see what the browser has in terms of stored passwords?
For the quota issue, I think there are a number of possibilities:
1) The router is counting incorrectly - a Draytek issue
2) The browser is using a cache to log in, possibly as a different user (do people share physical machines?) - clear caches; potentially you could enforce with some kind of policy
Oh, maybe (this may be included in option 1 above) if the computers are using dhcp, if the count is not done using endpoint mac address but the designated IP address?
All guesses but may give you some ideas. Interested to hear what you find.
