HTTP redirect to HTTPS

I'm sure I used to be able to access this forum via <URL url="http://forum.draytek.co.uk/">HTTP://forum.draytek.co.uk/</URL> and it would automatically redirect to the HTTPS version. It now just gives a 'forbidden' error giving the impression that the forum has been removed.<br/>
It would be helpful to keep the redirect so people using bookmarks are not misled.
