Inter-Vlan Routing via 2862 was created by taffers1966
We've been given a UNIFI Enterprise 48 Port switch for testing. We've been detailed to look at Layer3 routing on this device (Don't Know why????). we've setup 3 vlans with tags (corresponding to WLAN SSID's on the controller) on the switch and the switch auto creates an Inter-Vlan routing network with a VLANID 4040. Unifi document (https://help.ui.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042281174-UniFi-USW-How-to-Enable-L3-Routing-on-UniFi-Switch ) spec IP address on a router port and static routes created on the router.
Everything works (Unifi AP's online, SSID's visible, Login and DHCP fine no issues.) but after around 5 Minutes the router stops responding in web interface and the UNIFI kit all goes off line.
Ive tested this on a 2860, 2862 and a 2865. Same issue.
Has anyone else tried this setup using Draytek kit?
