Hi, Please can anyone help, we are trying to follow the knowledge based solution to enable IP Reputation on Vigor 3912S Security VPN Router

We have the latest firmware 4.4.3.4 installed and a WCF Current license active, yet unable to locate the option where you can turn on the IP Reputation Filters as per solution above?
 

Any further update why IP Reputation Filters are not working on the Vigor 3912S? Several online power points and reviews all show IP Reputation Filters option should be available on the Vigor 3912S?

I haven't tried this and don't have a licence (and I'm not keen on activating the trial) but asked Google ("draytek how to enable reputation filters") and got this:

To enable URL reputation filters on a DrayTek router, activate the Web Content Filter Licence in the MyVigor portal, then enable it under CSM > Web Content Filter Profile. Ensure the latest firmware is installed for the new Threat Intelligence Service (TIS). This service filters traffic based on risk, requiring an active license or trial. Steps to Enable URL Reputation (Web Content Filter):

1. Register: Create a MyVigor account and add your router.
2. Activate License: Access
   Code:

   [CSM] > [Web Content Filter Profile]
   to activate the 30-day trial or apply a purchased license key.
3. Configure Profiles: Go to
   Code:

   [CSM] > [Web Content Filter Profile]
   , create a new profile (e.g., Profile 1), and select "URL Reputation" under the content filter options.
4. Apply Filter: Go to
   Code:

   [Firewall] > [Filter Setup]
   , select a rule set (e.g., Default Data Filter), and select the created URL Reputation profile in the Web Content Filter section.

 Steps to Enable IP Reputation (Firewall Level):

1. Activate Service: Navigate to
   Code:

   [System Maintenance] > [Registration & Services]
   to ensure your Web-Filter service is active.
2. Enable Filter: Go to
   Code:

   [Firewall] > [IP Reputation]
   , and toggle on Enable IP Reputation Filters.
3. Configure Actions: Select which traffic to filter (Inbound, Outbound, or both) and set actions (Block/Log) for high-risk IP scores. 

For HTTPS traffic, ensure the DNS Filter is configured in conjunction with the URL Filter to effectively manage encrypted traffic.

Thanks for the reply, I have checked again confirmed the latest firmware installed for Vigor3912S FW 4.4.5.2, and web content license active, and web content profile, filter enabled. but there is no firewall IP reputation option where to enable IP reputation filters.

Sorry, I missed that point.

I've had a rummage through my 3912s UI and can't see anything about the IP reputation filter.  I've also had a look in the user guide and can find no mention of "Reputation".  The manual talks about various filtering but I can't see anything about IP filtering.
I think it's a call to support.
