I have a problem connecting my Tado internet bridge via my PQ2200x switch.

I recently upgraded my router to a 3912 and the switch to the PQ2200x. The switch is attached to the router with direct attached fibre. Problem is that when connected to the switch, the Tado device will not receive an ip address.

• Tado device works fine when connected directly to the 3912 router
• Tado device doesnt connect when in a port on the switch.
• When testing the switch, any other device connects no problem.
• Switch has been factory reset.
• Switch and router both have latest firmware.
• Port does light up on the switch when the device is plugged in

Any thoughts? It seems something in the switch is blocking this particular device receiving an ip address from the router..?
