Hi folks. Not sure whether I'm being thick. I cannot see anywhere the option to enable PING from WAN. The various youtube videos Ive seen has the option there but ours doesn't. I'm logged in as admin, is there somewhere else I need to be checking?

Same with WAN2. I can only see it as a failover option. I want it as the main connection. When my customer rips out the DSL cable, or i set DSL to be disabled, the superfast in WAN2 doesn't kick in for some reason.

Attached pictures. Dray1 - wan options from internet guide. Dray2 - my options are missing. Dray3&4 access management via WAN there's is there, mine is missing.

Then also other daft things, like I've set the management port to :81. Yet even though it shows that port in the table, it won't work, yet I can still connect in via :80.

Am i being thick?

Thanks in advance

Quick screenhot of a 2767ax from ACS showing all the options you're not seeing.

Firmware is 5.4.0.2

Not sure how this helps you though!

Same firmware? Maybe just try re-installing it if so?

I was thinking of doing that when they've finished work 👍
I can't quite remember the firmware, the number does look familiar though

Ive reflashed with 5.2.01 which made no difference, and 5.4.0.2 which has still made no difference
