2862 Dial-in IPSec VPN using Peer ID authentication suspected bug was created by neil201
I'm trying to set up a dial-in IKEv2 IPSec PSK connection to a 2862 (running the latest V3.9.9.7 firmware) from an Android mobile phone. I've got other identical connections to a 2927 and also a 2860, both successfully authenticating on Peer ID and IKE key. The 2862 however appears to require the Peer ID and originating WAN IP address before it will authenticate. I've a few 2862's all on fixed public WAN IP's and getting the same issue so it's not limited to a specific connection. Has anybody else had a similar issue as appears to be a potential bug introduced, presumably, in a firmware release at some point. I've not yet tried rolling back to the FW to a very earlier version but could give that a go?
