Has anyone got any experience of Zeek?

I was looking on my 3912s at the container menu script (/draytek/drayapp/scripts/app_menu.sh) and see that it's got functionality for installing Zeek (do_zeek).  However, that function is never called anywhere.  it may be that it's deemed no longer relevant as Draytek promote Suricata but looking online, it seems they cover slightly different things and can/should be used together.
I'm using FW 4.4.5.2.
