AP905 - LED off - why does power LED stay on was created by Mike
Hi,
subject pretty much says it all.....
AP 905 with 5.0.7 firmware.
Have set schedule for LED off - the schedule works, BUT the power LED stays on during "darkness" times.
I previously had AP903 and AP902 - they all switched off EVERY LED.
Is there another setting to make sure all are off - or is this something missed in this device/firmware ??
All replies gratefully received.
Many thanks,
Mike.

The response I got from Draytek support was that the device is meant to work like this and they won't be releasing a firmware update to fix the issue as it's not possible.

It does seem strange to remove such a useful feature.
I have a use case where having that power light on causes unwanted distractions - wasn't an issue ith the 903's.
I've got it lodged as a feature request - we'll see where that goes.
cheers
